Getting wet - Fenton Park 5K
OK, so this is it, the first entry on my new blog. I’ve had this domain for a couple of years and done nothing with it. This is nothing like what I intended, but at least its not an empty space any longer.
Big news of the week, I decided to become vegetarian. More on that soon I think.
I’ll keep this brief, as I’m off out now. Running club tonight. Just a simple tempo run with the fast group. Legs feel good after Tuesday nights interval session.
Do Vegeterian and Running mix? (serious question BTW)
best of all i work in the meat industry, says alot for my meat doesn’t it!!
Yeah, no problem with veggie running. Well, was quite flatulent tonight, but that was due to the pub we ate at last night spicing my chilli for heat rather than taste. You know the sort!
Protein is the main thing you need to make sure you get. I didn’t eat that much meat anyway and there’s so much stuff available now its easy peasy.
He drove me to vegetarianism!!
Nice blog theme BTW
Hi Mark,
I did find that my ‘flatulence level’ did increase when I first became vegetarian.
Credit to you for giving it a go, although you should describe yourself as a Pescatarian in reality! Maybe one day you will be able to manage without flesh whatsoever, land or sea dwelling
Eat plenty of Nuts and Pulses for protein, and try Soya Milk on your cereal, but not for tea, manky in tea!!!!
See you soon mate
